Currently without this app:

• Users have to manually back up their Google Sheets every now and then
• Users might forget to save a copy and archive

With this app:

• Helps users to automate their Google Sheets back-up using email or google drive
• Able to set periodic back-up (e.g. every week back-up)
• Users can select back-up file type (excel, google sheet)

This google sheet add-on function will back up the user's google sheet automatically by sending a copy of the google sheet to the user's google email account/google drive. After finishing the steps, users can use the newly added “Sheet Export” tab (add-on) found on Google Sheets. Users can view the features of the add-on through the video and follow the instructions found on the PDF slides below.

This Back up sheet data app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
